If you, or anyone you know is thinking of buying a Vette be wary of this dealership. I recently bought my first Vette from CnV and I will never buy another car from them, nor will I ever recommend them. This is why.

When the car arrived the battery was dead, there was a short in the electrical system, the starter had to be replaced, the hood could not be opened because the hood latch and cable did not work properly, the car was leaking both anti freeze (freeze out plugs were rotted), and power steering fluid (control valve and cylinder had to be replaced), the radiator and core support were held in place with a piece of welded angle iron, motor mounts were missing, the seats did not lock in position and the car came with a flat donut on a yellow rim. After paying top dollar for this car, and I do mean top dollar, I had to spend in excess of $2100 for repairs that should have been done by the dealer especially since they knew of the problems.

When I informed CnV I was told to have the car repaired and send them the bill. The dealer offered $1000 to cover both labor and parts. I refused to accept that amount and filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. CnV computed the labor at $30 an hour, yet they charge $65 an hour plus parts.

If you are going to buy a car from a dealer, think twice before buying from CnV. There are plenty of reputable dealers out there.
