IF THE MILEAGE HITS 100,000 ON A 1990 CONVERT, CORVETTE,,,WILL THE 1 SHOW ON THE ELECTRONIC DASH INSTRUMENT,,OR WILL IT START ALL OVER AGAIN,,,,BUYING A 90 VETTE WITH 27,000 MILES ON IT,,,JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS THE TRUE READING,,THANKS AGAIN

mine has the same problem , i got a 79 and i think its hit way more then 100k so my guess is that u have hit the 100k mark, unless the car is in REALLY good condition (i.e. no crap on your frame, and things dont look worn out) one way to tell if you have hit the 100k is when things or your car start to break down, and break off at an exceptionally high rate, like mine :-D

I'm not real sure, but I believe a Chevrolet dealership can retrieve the mileage from the "black box".
