Your reply:	I am no expert but this is what I have on my 1979..... The highbeam dimmer is on the turn signal lever - pull it towards you and it switches state. The dimmer for the dash and gauges is on the headlight switch - you rotate it left/right to change its brightness. Does this help? Stephen
